Puppy Application
Tell us about your family.
Finding the right home matters. This gives Clearview a chance to get to know you before talking through the next step.
A Little About You
Start the conversation.
You don't need to have every detail figured out. Tell Clearview about your household, what you're looking for, and whether a particular puppy has already caught your eye.
Submitting an application doesn't automatically reserve a puppy. Clearview will follow up with you about availability and the next steps.
Good to Know
Before you apply.
A few of the things families commonly want to know before reaching out.
How do I know which puppies are available?
Puppies shown as available on the Puppies page are currently looking for their families. Availability can change, so Clearview will confirm the puppy's status when speaking with you.
Does applying reserve a puppy?
No. An application starts the conversation. Once an application is approved, Clearview can explain the reservation process for an available puppy.
How much is the deposit?
The reservation deposit is $300 for approved families. Clearview will confirm availability and reservation details before any payment is made.
Can I apply if I don't see the right puppy yet?
Yes. You can contact Clearview about upcoming puppies and future litters even when the puppy you're looking for isn't currently listed.
What if I live outside Missouri?
Clearview is based in Marshfield, Missouri, and works with families throughout the contiguous United States. Depending on the situation, personal pickup, ground transportation, or flight-nanny arrangements may be discussed.
Can I ask questions before submitting an application?
Absolutely. Use the contact section below if you have a question first or aren't ready to apply yet.
